I’d love to see similar sites in the provinces, and am eager to provide help and code to anyone who wants to build a provincial site. But the federal Parliament is more than enough of a project for lone-volunteer me.

    Looks like this thread is quite old but I wanted to add my two cents. I'd absolutely love to build and support an open parliament site for the Manitoba Legislative assembly as well as the Winnipeg City Hall assembly. Hint- I live in Winnipeg. I'm a software developer and know I got what it takes, but I'd love some guidance/advice on how to approach a site like this.

    I wonder if some effort can be put into connecting open parliament users in each province, who would be interested in working together to set up "open legislature" sites. Some info from this site's moderators, about the amount and technical depth of work involved, would be helpful. (N.B. I'm not on Facebook.)
